KENAI CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 210 FIDALGO AVENUE, KENAI, ALASKA, 99611 http://www.kenai.cit MINUTES CALL TO ORDER Mayor Porter called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. 1. Pledge of Allegiance Mayor Porter led those assembled in the Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Roll Call There were present: Pat Porter, Mayor Terry Bookey Tim Navarre comprising a quorum of the Council. Also in attendance were: Scott Bloom, City Attorney Sandra Modigh, City Clerk Rick Koch, City Manager Terry Eubank, Finance Director 3. Agenda Approval MOTION: Ryan Marquis Robert Molloy Henry Knackstedt Council Member Bookey MOVED to approve the agenda as presented and requested UNANIMOUS CONSENT. Council Member Mollov SECONDED the motinn There being no objections, SO ORDERED. PUBLIC COMMENTS There was no one in attendance wishing to speak. City of Kenai Meeting Minutes April 20, 2015 Page 1 of 2 EXECUTIVE SESSION 1. Review and Discussion of the City Attorney's Evaluation which may be a Subject that Tends to Prejudice the Reputation and Character of the City Attorney [AS 44.62.310(C)(2)]. MOTION: Council Member Bookey MOVED to convene in executive session for review and discussion of the City Attorney's evaluation which may be a subject that tends to prejudice the reputation and character of the City Attorney [AS 44.62.310(C)(2)] and requested UNANIMOUS CONSENT. Council Member Molloy SECONDED the motion and requested the City Attorney be available. There being no objections, SO ORDERED. Council reconvened in open session and Vice Mayor Marquis advised that City Attorney Scott Bloom received a very positive evaluation. Mayor Porter advised she would work with the Finance Director on the details of compensation. 2. Review and Discussion of the City Clerk's Evaluation which maybe a Subject that Tends to Prejudice the Reputation and Character of the City Clerk [AS 44.62.310(C)(2)]. MOTION: Council Member Bookey MOVED to convene in executive session for review and discussion of the City Clerk's evaluation which may be a subject that tends to prejudice the reputation and character of the City Clerk [AS 44.62.310(C)(2)] and requested UNANIMOUS CONSENT. Vice Mayor Marquis SECONDED the motion and requested the City Clerk be available. There being no objections, SO ORDERED. Council reconvened in open session and Council Member Bookey advised that City Clerk Sandra Modigh received a positive evaluation. Mayor Porter advised she would work with the Finance Director on the details of compensation.
