FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR THE KENAI COMMUNITY LIBRARY FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $33,540.00 WHEREAS, the following bids were received on June 5, 2015: BIDDER TOTAL BASIC BID Cleanway Janitorial Services $53,400 Precious Janitorial, Ind., $33,540 TCT- The Clean Team $33,600 ;and, WHEREAS, Precious Janitorial Ind.s' bid is the lowest responsible bid and award to this bidder would be in the best interest of the City; and, WHEREAS, the recommendation from the City Administration is to award the contract to Precious Janitorial Ind. for the total cost of $33,540.00and, WHEREAS, sufficient monies are appropriated. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, the contract for janitorial services for the Kenai Community Library is awarded to Precious Janitorial Ind. for the total amount of $33,540.00. Sufficient monies are appropriated.
