The resolutions are dated and executed on the same day and signed by the same individuals. One resolution indicates that the resolution was denied and not recommended for Council Approval. The resolution states this is for Lots 1 & 2, Lawton Acres Subd. The other resolution indicates that the resolution was approved and recommended for Council approval. This resolution states this is for Lot 1 — 29, Lawton Acres Subd. I reviewed the minutes from the meeting and the minutes reflect that the resolution was approved. It is my assumption that the Commission denied one resolution because if affected Lots 1 and 2, Lawton acres only and approved the other resolution because it affected Lot 1 — 29, Lawton Acres. Ultimately, the City Council approved Ordinance 962 -84 rezoning the property from Suburban Residential to Conservation Zone. Also, the preliminary plat of Lawton Acres was never recorded so lots 1 — 29, Lawton Acres do not exist. The correct legal would be the S1/2 S1/2 SW '/, Sec. 33, T6N, R11 W, lying south of the Kenai Spur Highway.
