Subject: Airport Purchase- New Pickup Truck
The Airport requested and received approval in the FY17 budget to purchase a new
pickup truck.
With the addition of another Operations Specialist, the crew is always short a vehicle.
Duties and responsibilities routinely pull operations staff in all different directions for
maintenance and other response needs. Another vehicle will allow operations staff to
respond expediently to any and all calls whether maintenance, emergent, or tenant
requests.
Attached is the resolution to award to Cal Worthington Ford. The local Ford dealership
was asked to quote and did not respond.
