Subject: Resolution 2017 -01— New grill for Airport cafe
The purpose of this memo is to recommend the purchase of a new grill for the airport cafe.
The Airport owns the grill in the cafe and over the past several months the tenant has
experienced multiple problems with the oven, grill top, pilot lights, etc. The warped grill allows
grease to leak into the oven causing a fire hazard. The grill is over 26 years old. Both building
maintenance and commercial repair service personnel have inspected the grill and recommend
replacement in lieu of costly repairs.
Attached is a resolution transferring funds from airport accounts to cover the purchase of a new
grill.
