The Clerk read the Ordinance by title.
The Mayor recessed the meeting and opened it up for a public
hcaring. There was no public paz•ticipation so the public
hearing was closed.

Norene moved and Johnson seconded to adopt ardinance 23a-?~ -
General penalty and Interest.
Mr. Navarre stated he had talked with t~~c City Attorney about
the prevailing interest and penalty on previous assessment
districts. Each case will have to be reviewed. ~
The ruotion to adopt Ordinance 238-73 carried unanimously '
b}~ roll call vote. Voting yes; Steiner, Doyle, Hudson,
Johnson, bicGrady, Norene and Mayor Steinbeck.

route bu*. them having the route fr.om Anchoragc to Kodiar.. •

• the City Manager pursue the line or relinquishment. ~
Councilman Johnson asked about the jet start system. Flc felt ~
it should be rebuilt or get a new one. ,
~ ~ Mr. ?Javarre stated he has thc Civil Uefense and a man from
~. F.A.A. looking for one. Hc further stated he doesn't knov~
if there are funds for it. bfaybe could be funded through
Airport Funds.

stated he does get calls to use Kenai as an alternate but
they never materialize.
