Box 850 Soldotna, AN 99669 Dear Stans Reference is made to your communication dated April 3, 1981 relative to transferring of planning and zoning powers from the Borough to the cities under M ordinance 81-2. The City of Homer is not opposed to assuming its planning and zoning powers provided funds collected by the Borough for planning purposes be pro -rated back to the city for its planning use. In addition, the city would want some assurance that the transfer of authority be on a permanent basis. KPB Ordinance 81-2 appears to be contradictory in meeting these criterion; therefore, as stated in our letter of April 6, we oppose the ordinance as written. very truly yours, `Leo Rsode mayor 23368121 `u AP,? p 1991 HOMER, ALASKA "603 r , I I r: 1 F + 1r1 T \iI IC.ItiA11 P, O, sox i90 • KCNA1, AtASKA 79611 • PNiON9 SS7•'f529 'fir'//" ., ,.i, ./,.yF!r 'i_ ,`T ' ,- !21 „.': ,(i ,,y / 'lr r r• r'T / e4 rr'', A r_' js}71i ,'• y, .l v .(,,Y /,/ .1,; .. `J'F +,JijsJJef%.a•.aei iL"' ,_1C,_ `1 e ,y. ,?' /ii r , 6 •: < ; -, ' -,vrrwb.AWL-ias„ib'diuili:.f.r.-s,.,r f ol j i I ' if f,hr ,// ss ♦ S _ ♦3<r /Y/4n Fi/i<ia,L/ /ii.►-Of rr,,♦,.i st ( ,.4 r 5 / Ef JFi tom, c /L u I 0 t N V - • . 1 .WgMal Co„„" .,Zity —PEb%4%y s C _ A PUBLIC LIBRARY IN S99VICE OINCL I940 f BOX 157 KENAI, AL.ASKA 90611 I F/Y 1879-1980 Circulation Adult 3+xveaile Easy Books Total _. 1 Fiction 15207 4640 11667 31514 Son -fiction 18216 1496 2770 22482 Total Book Circulation 53996 Films, Phonodiscs, Pamphlets, Periodicals 4076 Total Circulation 58072 i > Additions Adult Juvenile Easy Books AV Total (lifts 735 46 62 29 872 - - Purchases 1290 209 168 1667 Total Additions 2539 ' Withdravals 155 46 101 3 305 y Remedial and re -worked books •; ° 1064 79 134 34 1311 Interlibrary loans Ordered Received Returned ., !
