No. No. Change
13 10 Change Kaknu, Linwood, E. Aliak, Swires,
Highbush from paving to gravel for last
three roads.
26 0 Delete Apron overlay since we have an
ADAP grant application in for it.
27 22 Increase cost of Harbor Bulkhead and
Dredging at Boat Ramp site from $1.5 to
$1.75 million.
A Councilman requested removing sidewalks and their costs from
the "Granite Point, F.B.O., and Lake/Marine" and "Spruce, Second,
and Third" projects which has been done for the new preliminary
12/2/82 list.
There was a suggestion by a Councilman and some nods of agreement
to: Since many facilities and services located within the City
of Kenai are actually used heavily by ind uals located outside
the City limits, the City of Kenai wil except money for the
following projects but do not want their ing to in any way
Jeopardize the funding for Kenai's 1983-84 CIP prioritized list.
1. Signalization of the intersection of Main Street Loop and the
Bridge Access Road with the Spur Highway.
2. Asphalt overlay and widening of the Spur Highway from Soldotna
to Kenai including a bike path.
3. Library addition - $1.0 -$1.5 million
4. Extend Airport Apron - $2.75 million
S. Harbor Bulkhead, Dredging, and Boat Ramp - $1.75 million
6. Float Plane Basin and access road.
There was also some discussion about adding Cook Inlet View and
Lilac paving to the list.
These are the different changes, additions, and deletions that I
have listed in my notes.
