Lowry The Kenai Advisory Planning and Zoning Commission discussedethe referenced lease application at their meeting on August 10, 1983. Due to the anticipated impact on the immediate property and adjacent city -owned lands, the Commission desired to meet with the Council prior to making a recommendation on this request. Several issues were discussed by the Commission in regards to this lease application: 1. Land Use a. Appropriate mix of commercial and residential uses b. Density of proposed multi -family units. e. Landscaping/buffering requirements. 2. Circulation a. Adequacy of access from Heaver Loop Extension serving proposed residential development. b. Construction of a through street linking Walker Lane and Heaver Loop Extension. c. Vacation of "C" Street and dedication of primary access in Daubenspeck subdivision to south. 3. Platting a. Desirability of further subdividing of Lot 2 b. Assessment of remaining portion of Lot 2 resulting from proposed development. e.
