Freas, City Clerk City of Kenai yl-4� DATE: June 21, 1990 RE: SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL The City Council, at its regular meeting of June 20, 1990, directed that a Special Meeting of the City Council be held at 11:30 a.m. on June 26, 1990. The meeting is to be held at the Kenai Senior Center. Topics to be discussed are as follows: 1. PUBLIC HEARING Ordinance 1385-90 - Increasing Estimated Revenues and Appropriations by $2,712 in the Council on Aging Title III Fund. 2. NEW BUSINESS Requisitions Exceeding $1,000 - Approval of Purchase Order to Carr's for Groceries for COA-Congregate Meals and COA-Home Delivery. The public is invited to attend and participate. clf Suggested By: Administration CITY OF KENAI ORDINANCE 1385-90 AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, INCREASING ESTIMATED REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS BY $2,712 IN THE COUNCIL ON AGING TITLE III FUND. WHEREAS, the City of Kenai has received a grant amendment from the State of Alaska to provide emergency food onies in the amount of $2,441; and, WHEREAS, the required ten percent (10%) City match will be provided by in -kind rent; and, WHEREAS, this appropriation is needed )9s a result of providing more meals to the elderly than anticipated in our projected goal.
