1. Basic Operations
Agenda view (Mirrors agenda exactly - even * for consent items - paperclip, clipboard, bookmark, bubble)
Item details screen (page 21)
Downloading an agenda (To be able to function offline)
Deleting agendas (over three months old)
Viewing options (Change View: Agenda, Notes, Bookmarks; likely prefer Agenda view)
2. Working with Attachments
Opening and Viewing an attachment (paperclip indicates attachment)
Typing (pencil/paper icon - Second "T" on L - select color, font, size)
Highlighting (pencil/paper icon - Top "T" or 51h on L - select yellow, blue, green, red)
Drawing (pencil/paper icon - 4th on L - select color)
Inserting Sticky Note (pencil/paper icon - V on L - tap where - type - Edit = shape and color options.)
—Search (Magnifying glass - searches that document)
Book icon (lists bookmarks and annotations in that document)
Bookmarks and Exporting (add & delete bookmark from here - export & navigation options)
4 -Square (Shows entire document, annotated pages, or bookmarked pages)
Deleting (Erase or undo)
Closing
Moving toolbar
3. Notes in Details Screen
Tap in the yellow section, type your notes, save or cancel.
All notes over all meetings/agendas can be viewed by tapping notes icon at bottom
of interface; tap building to get back to agenda.
4. eComment in Details Screen
Tap the "0 public comment" button to get to listed comments.
Page 76 shows examples of comments.
'Done' to return to Details Screen.
5. Bookmarks in Details Screen
Tap the bookmark button; the bookmark will show on the full agenda.
All bookmarks over all meetings/agendas can be viewed by tapping bookmark icon at
bottom of interface; tap building to get back to agenda.
6. Videos
All meetings recorded with Granicus are available (typically only P&z and council - years at
bottom once in video, full screen icon).
7. Accounts
Other boards that use Granicus (school board?) could flood to this device.
