State of Alaska 3 AAC 306.400(1) a standard marijuana cultivation facility license
3 AAC 306.400(2) a limited marijuana cultivation facility license to a person operating a

Fairbanks Borough has different permitting and CUP requirements for 4 types of cultivation:
Indoor small – not to exceed 1,500 sq ft
Indoor large – not to excced 10,000 sq ft
Outdoor limited – not to exceed 20% of parcel
Outdoor unlimited – exceeds 20% of parcel
