Jamie Heinz, being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes and states as
follows:
1. I am the City Clerk for the City of Kenai, Alaska.
2 . On April 5, 2018 I caused to be delivered by electronic
transmission, a notice of Special Meeting to take place at Kenai City Hall
Council Chambers on May 14, 2018.
3. I caused to be delivered by electronic transmission a Notice of
Special Meeting to be placed in the Peninsula Clarion on Thursday, May 10,
2018 .
4 . I posted a Notice of Special Meeting on the City Hall Bulletin
Board, at the Kenai Library and the Kenai Post Office on Thursday, May 10,
2018.
Further this affiant sayeth naught.
