PZ14-18 SUBDIVISION PLAT A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: WHEREAS, the attached plat QUANDT SUBDIVISION 2014 REPLAT as referred to the City of Kenai Planning and Zoning Commission on August 13, 2014, and received from Integrity Surveys. WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Planning and Zoning Commission finds: 1 . The properties are zoned Rural Residential (RR). 2 . City water and sewer are not available. According to the Kenai Peninsula Borough assessment records the properties are served by a private well and septic system . 3 . The plat does not subdivide property within a public improvement district subject to special assessments. 4 . An insta l lment agreement or construction of improvements are not required . s. The status of surrounding land i s shown on the plat. 6. Street names designated on the plat are correct. 7 . CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL : a. Further development of the property shall conform to all Federal, State and local regulations . b . Utility easements, if required, shall be shown . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI RECOMMENDS THE KENAI PENINSULA BOROUGH PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVE QUANDT SUBDIVISION 2014 REPLAT SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL LISTED ABOVE .
