ORDINANCE N0. 1814-99
SUBSTITUTE
Suggested by: Administration
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, INCREASING
REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS BY X41,000 FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT
CUNNINGHAM PARK.
WHEREAS, previously passed Ordinance No. 1801-98 appropriated ~ 100,000 for
construction from the Kenai River Sportfshing, Inc. and ~ 13,000 for Administration
and Engineering from the City of Kenai; and,
WHEREAS, bids on the project were higher than anticipated as shown in Resolution
99-13; and,
WHEREAS, Kenai River Sportfishing, Inc. has authorized an additional X41,000 for
funding the construction of this project; and,
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Kenai to accept this donation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI,
ALASKA that estimated revenues and appropriations be increased as follows:
Cunningham Park Capital Project Fund
Increase Estimated Revenues:
Donations 41000
Increase Appropriations:
Construction 41000
