ORDINANCE N0. 1835-99
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA
INCREASING ESTIMATED REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS BY X7,946 IN
THE GENERAL FUND FOR LIBRARY COMPUTER EQUIPMENT.
WHEREAS, the Library received a reimbursement of X7,946 under the
Universal Service for Schools and Libraries (E Rate); and
WHEREAS, the intent of this program is to promote use of the Internet; and
WHEREAS, the Library needs additional computers and networking equipment
to facilitate Internet access.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, that estimated revenues and appropriations be increased as
follows:
General Fund
Increase Estimated Revenues:
Miscellaneous X7,946
Increase Appropriations:
Library - Machinery ~ Equipment X7,946
