ORDINANCE N0. 1844-99
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA
INCREASING ESTIMATED REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS BY X50,000
FOR DESIGN OF THE AIRPORT FIRE STATION AND WARM STORAGE
FACILITY.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1839-99 appropriated X200,000 for en ineerin and

design of the Airport Fire Station and Warm Storage Facility; and
WHEREAS, an additional X50,000 is needed to cover the cost of the actual
proposal recommended by the administration; and
WHEREAS, the Airport Fire Station and Warm Storage Facility pro'ect will be
submitted to the FAA f ~
or funding,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, that estimated revenues and appropriations be increased as
follows:
Airport Land System Spe ial Revenue Fund
Increase Estimated Revenues:
Appropriation of Fund Balance 50 000
Increase Appropriations:
Transfer to Capital Project Fund 50 000
Airport Fire Station Capital Project Fund
Increase Estimated Revenues:
Transfer from Special Revenue Fund 50 000
Increase Appropriations:
Engineering/ Design X49 000
