OF .TRACT "A" SWIRES" SUBDIVISION LgCATED WiTHiN THE , NE 1 J2 SW 114 SEC?ION 35, T6N, R11 W, S.M., CITY OF KENAI, KENAI RECORDING DISTRICT, KENAI PENINSULA BOROUGH, ALASKA WHEREAS, KMC 14.20.270 establishes a prooQdure to amend the Official Zoning Map of the City of Kenai, and WHEREAS, the Official City of Kenai Zoning Map depicts these lands as Rurai Residential tRR), and WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Land Use Pian designation for this area is Low Density Residential, and WHEREAS, the Official City of Kenai Zoning Map depicts adjacent lands as Rurai Residential tRR), General. Commercial tGC), and Suburban Residential tRS) ,and WHEREAS, the Kenai Planning & Zoning Commission held a public hearing on April 9, 1997 and as a result of that public hearing recommend approval of the proposed amendment to the Suburban Residential tRS) zoning designation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, as foNows: Section 1. Subject properties consisting of those lands depicted in Exhibit A, Buffalo Run Subdivision, a Replat of Tract "'A" Swires Subdivision located within the NE1 /2 SW 1 J4 Section 35, T6N, R11 W, S.M., City of Kenai, Kenai Recording District, Kenai Peninsula Borough, Alaska are hereby amended to Suburban Residential tRS).
