AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAx, ,A-LASKA
INIryREASING ESTIMATED REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS BY $2500 IN THE
GENERAL FUND. ~ •
WHEREAS, the State of Alaska Department of Public Safety has awarded the City a grant for
Bicycle/Pedestrian Safety; and
WHEREAS, the program needs to be started as soon as possible to be most effective; and
WHEREAS, the 2S% match will be provided through existing budgets of the Parks &
Recreation Department, the Police Department and the Boys and Girls Club.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI,
ALASKA, that estimated revenues and appropriations be increased as follows:
General Fund
Increase Estimated Revenues:
State Grant $2500
Increase Appropriations:
Other • Operating Supplies $ SSO
Other -Small Tools $1950
