WHEREAS, the bankruptcy litigation regarding Inlet .Woods ,has increased legal costs to the, .
City; and
WHEREAS, the City Administration estimates that an additional $70,000 will be needed;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI,
ALASKA THAT estimated revenues and appropriations be increased as follows:
Increase Estimated Revenues:
Appropriation of Fund Balance $70,000
Increase Appropriations:
Legal -Professional Services $70,000
