AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCII. OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, a-MENDINt3
THE KENAI MUNICIPAL CODE 14.20.220 TO ESTABLISH 5IC3NAGE I~QT.IIRE~i~I'1'~
VV1tTHIN THE TOWNSTTE HISTORIC DISTRICT ZONE.
WHEREAS, KMC 14.20.105 established the Townsite Historic Disprict Zorn (TSH witbdu the
City of Kenai; and
WHEREAS, IONIC :4.20.I05{k) currently allows signs in the TSH zone as are allowed in
coa~merciai zones; and
WHEREAS, special requirements for signs within the TSH zone need to be established to protect
and further the objectives of the HIstoric District Hoard;
NOW, TFEEREFORE, HE iT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE C1TY OF I{ENAI,
ALASKA THAT KMC I4.20.Z20 IS AMENDED AS FOLLQWS:
