TO: Charles Brown, Finance Director
FROM: Emily DeForest, Librarian
DATE: 30 March 1995
SUBJECT: Appropriation from Donations account.
On 30 March the amount in the Library Donations account was
$2615.85. Evidently donations average about $190.00 per
month. I would ask the Finance Department to appropriate
$3,200.00 into the Library materials account, X4666, to be
used before 30 June 1995.
