WHEREAS, KMC 14.25.024 deals with landscaping/site plan regulations for the City of Kenai; and, WHEREAS, KMC 14.25.024 Application, reads: 'Thin 8ectipn shall apply to aN commen~ai and Industrial development and ap development of 510,000 or more M the Townaite Historic Zone {TSH) within the City of Kenai and shall apply to both the land8aaptng and site plans.
