WHERL~`AS, the bankruptcy filings of the owners of Inlet Woods
have increased legal costs to the~City; and
WHEREAS, the City Administration estimates that an
additional $60,000 will be needed for FY96.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, that estimated revenues and appropriations be
increased as follows:
