SUBJECT: Telemetry Project
As discussed with you, the referenced capital project will need additional funds by
appropriation or transfer from the STP machinery & equipm ent account. I understand this
may take two meetings. It would be best to accomplish this in one meeting, as we would
have to extend the project equipment installation completion date. We also have two lift
stations that won't be operational until this contract is well underway that all of Thompson
Park Subdivision will depend on. i think we will still be able to complete them in time,
however, it would be best to not delay the schedule in case something unforeseen comes
up.
