ORDINANCE NO. 1551-93

AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA,
ESTABLISHING SECTION 13.10.060 OF THE KENAI MUNICIPAI.~ CODE.
WHEREAS, individuals camping on private property without adequate sanitary facilities create
a public health hazard to the citizens of Kenai; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Kenai to ensure that campers on private
property aze provided with adequate sanitary facilities;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI,
ALASKA THAT KMC 13.10.060 READ AS FOLLOWS:
