AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA INCREASING
ESTIMATED REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS BY $231,500 IN THE NEW CAPITAL
PROJECT FUND ENTITLED "SET NET DRIVE AND COURT".
WHEREAS, the Council has held a public hearing on the formation of an
assessment district on Set Net Drive; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to KMC 16.10.070, the Council desires to increase
the scope of the project to include Set Net Court; and
WHEREAS, the project will be financed by a combination of grants and
General Fund money; and
WHEREAS, the assessed portion of the project is to be repaid to the
General Fund.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNC L OF TH I O

ALASKA, that estimated revenues and appropriations be increased as
follows
