1476-92*
AN ORDINANGE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA INCREASING
ESTIMATED REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS BY $289,096 IN A NEW CAPITAL
PROJECT FUND FOR AN ADDITION TO THE PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING.
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai has ordered a new aircraft rescue and
firefighting vehicle, financed primarily by the FAA; and
WHEREAS, the addition of this vehicle requires an additional bay in
the Fire Department side of the Public Safety Building; and
WHEREAS, this project is properly financed by the Airport Land System
because the additional space will be used to store airport equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI,
ALASKA, that estimated revenues and appropriations be increased as
follows:
