AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA TNCREASxNG
ESTIMATED REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS BY $196,600 IN THE GENERAL FUND
TO PURCHASE LAND FROM THE AIRPORT FOR THE NEW COURT FACILITY.
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai, in cooperation with the State of Alaska,
will be constructing a new court facility on Airport Land System
property; and
WHEREAS, the City has pledged to purchase the property as its
contribution to the project; and
WHEREAS, the appraised values of Lots 10, 11, and 12, Block 1, Cook
Inlet Industrial Air Park total $196,600.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI,
ALASKA that estimated revenues and appropriations be increased as
follows;
General Fund
Increase Estimated Revenues:
Appropriation of Fund Balance $196,600
Increase Appropriations:
Land Administration - Land $196,600
