WHEREAS, the City pf Kenai h$s received a grant from the FAA to provide funds for airport drainage. and safety eons improvements; and WHEREAS, the grant includes costs to pay additional grofessional services in preparation of the environmental assessment, Army Corps of Engineers permit, and other design work; and WHEREAS, the grant will be matched with State of Alaska and City !~ airport funds.
