MEETING SUMMARY
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Feeken called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Commissioner Bielefeld MOVED to approve the agenda and Commissioner Zirul SECONDED
the motion . There were no objections ; SO ORDERED.

4. APPROVAL OF MEETING SUMMARY
a. October 11, 2018
MOTION :
Commissioner Minelga MOVED to approve the meeting summary of October 11, 2018 and
Commissioner Bielefeld SECONDED the motion . There were no objections; SO ORDERED .
5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS -None .
6. NEW BUSINESS
a. Action/Approva l -Second Amendment to Airport Vending Machine Concession
Agreement
MOTION:
Commissione r Minelga MOVED to recommend Council approve the Second Amendment Airport
Vending Machine Concession Agreement with Tyler Distributing ; and Commissioner Zirul
SECONDED the motion. There were no objections ; SO ORDERED .
7. REPORTS
a . Airport Manager -Bondurant reported on the following :
• An update was provided of the Terminal Rehabilitation Project;
• On December 5th she attended an after-earthquake meeting at the Kenai
Peninsula Borough Office of Emergency Management;
• The Airport would not be decorating for the holidays due to the Terminal
Rehabilitation Project; and
• On December 19th at 3 p .m. there would be an after-earthquake meeting at the
Kenai Airport Operations Facility.
b. City Council Liaison -Knackstedt reported on the October 17 , November 7 and
December 5 City Council meetings actions .
8. NEXT MEETING ATTENDANCE NOTIFICATION-January 10, 2019
9. COMMISSIONER COMMENTS AND QUESTIONS
Each Commissioner reported on thei r earthquake experience.

It was noted that activity had increased this summer.
