AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA INCREASING
ESTIMATED REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS BY X25,000 IN A NEW CAPITAL
PROJECT FUND FOR AN ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT RELATING TO AIRPORT
DRAINAGE AND SAFETY ZONE IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai has applied to the FAA for a grant to
provide funds for airport drainage and safety zone improvements, and
WHEREAS, th® FAA requires that the City provide an environmental
assessment prior to award of a grant, and
WHEREAS, the City airport can provide financing on an interim basis,
but the cost of the environmental assessment is expected to b® grant
eligible at a future date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI,
ALASKA that estimated revenues and appropriations be increased as
follows:
