AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA,
AMENDING THE KENAI MUNICIPAL CODE, TITLE 2, CHAPTER 15, ENTITLED
"CONFORMITY TO STATE LIQUOR LAWS" AND CHAPTER 20, ENTITLED "SALES
ON ELECTION DAY."

WHEREAS, the Kenai Municipal Code incorporates the Alaska
Statutes into its body to define the restrictions on sale or
disposition of liquor, purchase by minors, etc.; and,
suggested By: Administration
WHEREAS, the Alaska Statutes have been amended since their
original incorporation into the Kenai Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS, the Kenai Municipal Code
with the Alaska Statutes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY
KENAI, ALASKA, that the Kenai Mun;
