AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA INCREASING. ESTIMATED REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS BY $31,850 IN THE CAPITAL PROJECT FUND ENTITLED "TRADING BAY AND GRANITE POINT IMPROVEMENTS." WHEREAS, the City desires to repave and correct drainage problems on Trading Bay, and WHEREAS, the City also desires to extend Granite Point across Ryans Creek to the proposed site of a new shopping center, and WHEREAS, the City Council has previously appropriated $426,250 to this project, and the Public Works Director now estimates that an additional $31,850 will be needed, and WHEREAS, the City has money available from State of Alaska grants for road improvements.
