ORDINANCE Nt3. 1470-91
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA INCREASING.
ESTIMATED REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS BY $51,700 IN THE GENERAL FUNp
FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF THE KENAI BICENTENNIAL VISITORS AND
CULTURAL CENTER.
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai and the Kenai Bicentennial Visitors and
Convention Bureau have agreed to a maintenance and operation agreement
to operate the Visitors and Cultural Center, and
WHEREAS, the agreement calls for the City to pay the Bureau $50,000
per fiscal year as a fee for operating the Center, and for the City to
maintain the facility, and
WHEREAS, the agreement is scheduled to begin on January 1, 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI,
ALASKA that estimated revenues and appropriations be increased as
follows:
