AN ORDINANCE 0~` THE. COUNCIL 0~' THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA INCREASING
ESTIMATED REVENtTES AND APPROPRIATIONS SY $155,000 IN THE GENERAL FUND
FOR SCHEMATIC DESIGN AND DESIGN DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW COURT FACILITY.
WHEREAS, the City is expecting to construct a new court facility to be
used by the Alaska Court System; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to begin design of the facility, to include
schematics and design development; and
WHEREAS, it is expected that these costs will eventually be reimbursed
by either grant or bond monies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI,
ALASKA, that estimated revenues and appropriations bo increased as
follows:
General Fund
Increase Estimated Revenues:
Appropriation of Fund Balance $155,000
Increase Appropriations:
Non~Departmental - Transfers $155,000
Capital Project:
Court Facility
