AN ORDINANCE
' ORDINANCE N0. 1289-88 AND ESTABLISHING A NEW BUDGET FOR THE "KENAI
FLB,TS WILDLIFE VIEWING AREA" CAPITAL PROJECT.

Wildlife Viewing Area (Boardwalk), and
WHEREAS, the grant must be matched at a 50/50 ratio, and
WHEREAS, the Chamber of Commerce has donated $8,000 in cash to the
project, and
WHEREAS, other donated labor, equipment, and materials are expected to
provide the balance of the required match.
NOW THEREFORE BE YT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI,

AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENAI, ALASKA INCREA3~11?G
ESTIMATED REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS HY $180, 000, IN A NEW CAPITA
PROJECT FUND ENTITLED "RENAI FLATS WILDLIFE VIEWING AREA".
