WHEREAS, RMC 14.20.270 establishes a procedure to amend the Official Zoning Map of the City of Kenai, and WHEREAS, the Official City of Kenai Zoning Map depicts lands described as Lots Four and Five Slock Two Valhalla Heights Subdivision according to preliminary plat and also known as 8- 1634 as Residential tR) and WHEREAS, the City of Renal desires to render the entire area one zone which would allow the existing Structure and include the proposed addition to the existing atxucture, and WHEREAS, the proposed zoning designat~.on is General Commercial tCG) and, WHEREAS, the Kenai Planning & Zoning Commission held a public hearing on June 27, 1990 and as a result of that public hearing recommend approval of the proposed amendment to the General Commercial tt'G) zoning designation. NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THS CITY OF RENAI, ALASKA, as follows: sect~.on 1.
