RE -ALLOCATING $1017 OF THE 1990 MUNICIPAL ROAD GRANT, AND
RETURNING $159296 TO THE GENERAL FUND FROM THE SPRUCE, SECOND AND
THIRD STREET CAPITAL PROJECT FUND.

WHEREAS, a General Fund appropriation of $15,298 was not spent
and should be returned.
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA9 that the $15,298 of General Fund monies
appropriated to the Spruce, Second and Third Street
Project be returned to the General Fund, and that the following
