WHEREAS# the International Conference of Building Officials has updated the codes promulgated by them to the 1965 Editions. (b) The City Administrator shall be ex-officio building official unless he appoints another person to be Building Official. The authorized representatives of the Building Official referred to above, when and if appointed, shell be appointed by the City Administrator.
