ORDINANCE NO. 1119-86 Y
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY Of KENAI, ALASKA, �-
APPROPRIATING $539000 FOR THE PAVING OF EAGLE ROCK DRIVE AND TERN
PLACE.
WHEREAS, the City intends to pave Eagle Rock Drive and Tern Place
at a cost of approximately $53,000, with one-half of the costs .:
assessed against benefited properties and one-half financed by
the 1985 Municipal Road Grant$ and,
WHEREAS, the Administration doeiree that the assessed portion of
the project be initially financed by the General Fund Capital. -
Improvement Reserve.
NOW9 THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFa°-
KENAi, ALASKA, that the following increase in estimated revenues
and appropriations be made:
