WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1121-86 appropriated $153,568 from the General Fund for additional improvements to the N.A.S. Capital Projeot, end, WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1096-05 set aside $410,000 of the 1985 Municipal Grant for assessment districts petitioned by April it 1986, and WHEREAS, only $26,500 hoe been used for such assessment districts, leaving a balance from the 1985 Municipal Grant of $3839SOO for other road projects, and WHEREAS, the council desires to use the grant funds rather then General Fund monies. NOV, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI ALASKA, that Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1121-86 be amended by deleting the General Fund appropriation and by substituting 01985 Municipal Grant" for "Transfer from General Fund" as the revenue source for the Highbush, Aliak, Swiree Capital Project. It was the concensu$ of the two.bodies that.#e.intereste of the public and developers would be,best served if the two bodies remained separate and that the Landecapino Review Board absorb the, -duties of to Site Plan Ordinance and the review of the Towns#e Historic Zone op recommended by the Old Town Committee.
