AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA,
INCREASING ESTIMATED REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS BY $279770 IN
THE HIGHBUSH, ALIAK, SWIRES CAPITAL PROJECT FUND TO FINANCE

ADDITIONAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PROJECT.

WHEREAS, the City desires to raise the road grades and install

infiltration structures on East Aliek from the Creek to Swires,
Highbush, Bumblebee and on Swiree; and,

WHEREAS, the design engineer estimated that this additional
construction would coat $127,700, but the prepared change -order
is for $155,469.45, leaving a shortage of some $270770.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, that:
