ORDINANCE NO. 1148-86
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA,
INCREASING ESTIMATED REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS BY $1609000 IN
THE FLOAT PLANE BASIN CAPITAL PROJECT FOR ACQUISITION or LAND.
WHEREAS, the City desires to acquire approximately 80 scree of �
land for construction of a float plane basin; end,
WHEREAS, the City intends to apply for an FAA grant that, it

granted, will reimburse the airport for much of the cost of the
land. F
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI,•ALASKA, that estimated revenues end appropriations be Q.�.20
