AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY Or KENAI, ALASKA9
INCREASING ESTIMATED REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS BY $1t126g000 IN
THE CAPITAL PROJECT FUND ENTITLED "AIRPORT SAFETY ZONES GENERAL
AVIATION TIEDOWN. AND TAXIWAY IMPROVEMENTS".
WHEREAS# design has been completed on a series of Airport
improvements, and
WHEREAS9 the City expects the FAA to participate at 93,75%
reimbursement in the Safety Zone and General Aviation Apron
Improvements which are estimated to cost $74493579 end
WHEREAS# the City expects to fund Taxiway Improvementat GAA
electrical outletsq and vehicular access and pecking, as well as
the non -Federal portion of the FAA eligible portions of the
project, with the 1984 State Grant.
NOW9 THEREFORE] BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, that estimated revenuer and appropriations be

The bids were received on August 28, 1986, and the low

bid is higher than the original estimate. The substance
