CITY OF KENAI
ORDINANCE NO. 1051-95
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, FINDING
THAT CERTAIN CITY -OWNED LANDS ARE NOT REQUIRED FOR A PUBLIC
PURPOSE.
WHEREAS, KMC 22.05.010, .030, and .050 requires that the Council
shall determine whether certain City -owned properties are needed
for a public purpose, and
WHEREAS, the disposition of such lands shall be made only upon
finding that said property is not needed for a public purpose,
and
WHEREAS, the City has received a request for the purchase of
Lot 5, Walkowski-Deland Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the Kenai Advisory Planning do Zoning Commission, Parks do
Recreation Commission and Administration find that no public need
exists for the referenced property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, as follows:
Section 1: The described City -owned !and is not needed
for a publIc purpose and shall be made available for sale:
Lot 5, Walkowski-beLand Subdivision

of June, 1985.
