Administration's use for a flight service facility in Kenai, and WHEREAS, the City's naii-reimbursable commitment to the project is $1,500,000, with any excess over that amount, up to $500,000 of costs, chargeable to ::.a FAA as rent over a 20-year period, and f WHEREAS, the FAA has e4teed that the iand for the facility is to be provided by the Airport Land System without cost to the General Fund in that the Airport is deemed to be a benefir.iary of the project.
