ORDINANCE NO. 949-84
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA,
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL KENAI ZONING MAP BY REZONING LOTS 1-3,
SILVERTIP SUBDIVISION TO SUBURBAN RESIDENTIAL (RS) DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, KMC 14.20.280 establishes n procedure to amend the
Official 7.oning Map of the City of Kenai, and
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from James and Anita
Dedrick to rezone Lots 1-3, Silvertip Subdivision from Rural
Residential (RR) District to Suburban Residential (RS) District,
and
WHEREAS, the Kenai Advisory Planning and Zoning Commission has
conducted the required public gearing on June 13, 1984, and
WHERILAS, the Commission recommended approval of the rezoning
petition in accordance with Resolution No. PZ84-48.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF ]HE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, that the Official Zoning Map of the City of Kenai
shall be amended as follows:
Section 1: Lots 1-3, Silvertip Subdivision are hereby
rezoned to Suburban Residential (RS) District.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, this 18th day
of July, 1984.
