CITY OF KENAI
ORDINANCE NO. 953-84
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA,
INCREASING ESTIMATED REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE AIRPORT
RAMP OVERLAY AND ITINERANT AIRCRAFT PARKING CAPITAL PROJECT FUND
BY $62,412 FROM AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE AIRPORT LAND SYSTEM
FUND FOR CHANGE -ORDER #2 TO THE CAPITAL PROJECT CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, the Council desires to approve Change -Order #2 to the
Harley's Trucking contract on the Airport, and
WHEREAS, this Change -Order is not eligible for reimbursement from
the FAA grant which the City has received, and the City must
appropriate its monies for the Change -Order.
NOW, THEREFORr_", BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, that the following increases in estimated revenues
and appropriations be made:
