CITY OF KENAI
ORDINANCE NO. 957-84
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA,
INCREASING ESTIMATED REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE 1984-85
"COMMUNITY SERVICE PROGRAM" FUND BY $3,269.
WHEREAS, the State of Alaska offered the City of Kenai a grant
award of $5,222 to cover the project period January 1, 1984
through December 31, 1984, and
WHEREAS, the appropriation in the Special Revenue Fund "Community
Service Program" lapsed at June 30, 1984, and the grant period
continues through December 31, 1984, and
WHEREAS, the unencumbered monies at June 30, 1984 of $3,209
together with a General Fund contribution of $60 in salaries
remain to be appropriated, and
WHEREAS, proper accounting practices require that all
appropriations of City monies be made by ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, that the following increases in estimated revenues
and appropriations be made:
